Lalalab

Packaging catchphrases

The brief:

Add personality to Lalalab’s packaging with catchphrases that embody its young, bubbly brand persona.

Lalalab is one of Europe’s leading photo printing services. With their main customer bases in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, the challenge here was finding on-brand English copy that non-native speakers would easily understand.

The Bicester Collection

The brief:

Define internal tone of voice and messaging guidelines based on a new strategic direction.

This document had to both establish the brand’s tone and provide concrete writing guidance, while remaining accessible to non-professional writers.

It included an overview of the brand’s voice, actionable writing principles, do’s and don’ts, an emblematic word bank, and examples of the new tone in action across different touchpoints.

Press assets

The brief:

Create a series of press kits and email newsletters for two flagship brands in the RC portfolio: Rémy Martin cognac and Cointreau triple sec.


Occasions included the anniversaries of the Sidecar and Original Margarita, RM and Cointreau’s art commissions, Cointreau’s annual Margarita Challenge, and the 2021 redesign of Cointreau’s iconic square bottle.


The brief:

Showcase the inspiration behind each of OLT’s iconic book clutches. Collections included: Assouline, Peter Mendelsund, Racil Chalhoub, Paddington Bear, Barbie, and Harper’s Bazaar.

The brief:

Develop 60+ copy options for a range of Swissôtel services and amenities, to be used or adapted by internal teams as needed.

The client asked for one short, social-oriented option alongside a longer, more detailed one.
